In these terms and conditions references to “National Parking Management Ltd.”, “We”, “Our” and “Us” are references to National Parking Management Ltd., references to the “Landowner” shall be references to the leaseholder or freeholder of any given National Parking Management Ltd serviced car park, references to the “Payment Processor” shall be references to Ecom 6.

We may alter or discontinue any feature of the NPM Website. By proceeding to use the NPM Website you consent that We, National Parking Management Ltd, respectively, may process the personal data (including sensitive personal data) that We collect from you in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
User Obligations and Restrictions
You will not use the NPM Website for any unlawful purpose including:

If you are not happy with the way We deal with any disagreement and you want to take court proceedings, you must do so in England or Wales.

You agree to fully reimburse National Parking Management Ltd in respect of all losses, costs, actions, claims and liabilities incurred by National Parking Management Ltd as a result of any breach of these user obligations or any data submitted by you to Us or to you by Us, otherwise than in accordance with these terms and conditions.
No representation or warranty is given as regards to the accuracy of the information on the Secure Areas of the NPM Website and there shall be no liability for any loss, damage or expense arising in contract, tort or otherwise out of any reliance on information contained in this Secure Areas of the NPM Website, access to the use of or inability to use the Secure Areas of the NPM Website. You accept that National Parking Management Ltd takes no responsibility for any error or omission relating to the material contained in the Secure Areas of the NPM Website.

Refunds
National Parking Management Ltd treats every refund request individually.
Please note, paying a Parking Charge via our website is an admission of culpability. If you believe you are due a full/part refund, please contact National Parking Management Ltd, via email, or in writing to; Refunds Dept., National Parking Management Ltd, 95 Arundel Road, Worthing, West Sussex, BN13 3EU. Please state the reason for the refund request and accompany your request with any relevant information.
Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions of Use of the Secured Areas are subject to English law. Any disputes arising out of these Terms and Conditions of Use of the Secured Areas should be dealt with by the English or Welsh courts. If you are not happy with the way We deal with any disagreement and you want to take court proceedings, you must do so in England or Wales.
